Authorized Use of the Mark

The TSB Verified™ mark may be used only by brands with an approved product, active licensing authorization, and current public verification record.

Authorization applies only to the specific product and eligible ingredient claims identified in that record.

Where the Mark May Appear

The mark may be displayed on approved:

  • Product packaging

  • Product pages

  • Brand websites

  • Retailer listings

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials

When used on a homepage or general brand page, it must clearly identify the specific verified product or products.

Accurate Representation

The mark must not imply that:

  • The entire brand or product line is verified

  • TSB has certified product safety or efficacy

  • Claims outside the public verification record were reviewed

Mark Appearance

Brands must use the approved artwork provided by The Skincare Bureau.

The mark may not be altered, redrawn, recolored, distorted, cropped, or combined with other graphics without written approval.

Product or Claim Changes

Brands must notify The Skincare Bureau of material changes to a verified product, including changes to its formula, suppliers, ingredient sourcing, processing methods, labeling, or verified claims.

Updated documentation or additional review may be required before continued use of the mark.

Licensing

Licensing authorizes the brand to display the TSB Verified™ mark on an approved product.

Licensing is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to applicable fees and current program policies.

Suspension or End of Authorization

The Skincare Bureau may suspend or end authorization if:

  • A verified claim is no longer supported

  • Required changes are not disclosed

  • The mark is used inaccurately

  • Licensing requirements are not maintained

  • Program terms or policies are violated

When authorization ends, the brand must stop using the mark and remove it from packaging, websites, and marketing materials within the timeframe provided.

Ownership of the Mark

The TSB Verified™ mark, artwork, and related materials are the exclusive property of The Skincare Bureau®. Authorization to display the mark does not transfer any ownership rights to the licensed brand.

Policy Changes

The Skincare Bureau® reserves the right to update this policy, mark artwork, licensing requirements, and use guidelines as the program evolves. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and licensed brands will be given a reasonable period to comply when appropriate.

The Skincare Bureau® reserves the right to suspend or withdraw authorization when necessary to protect the integrity of the TSB Verified™ mark.
